Dean Ashton
Ashton started his career off playing under Dario Gradi at Crewe Alexandra and went on to make over 150 appearances for the club and scored a staggering 60 goals. He moved to Norwich City during the 2004 – 2005 season and impressed at the club. He scored 17 goals in 44 appearances for Norwich before moving to West Ham in January 2006, helping them reach the 2006 FA cup final, scoring in the final.
Darren Huckerby
Huckerby started his career off with Lincoln city before establishing him self in the premier league, playing for Coventry City between 1996 and 1999. At the club, he had a knack of scoring fantastic goals and it earned him moves to Manchester City and Leeds United. He signed for Norwich City in 2003 and scored 14 goals during the 2003 – 2004 season, a year that Norwich gained promotion in to the premiership. He was voted as the Norwich City player of the year at the end of the 2004 – 2005 season; however his fine performances could not help them stay in the premier league. He has already made over 125 appearances for the club.
Adam Drury
After spending six years playing for Peterborough United between 1995 and 2001, he signed for Norwich City in 2001 and was named as the Norwich player of the year at the end of the 2002 – 2003 season and was named as the club captain the following years, leading them in to the premiership. He has now made over 250 appearances at the club and is considered as one of the finest ever Norwich defenders in the history of the club. |
