Ian Crook
After starting his career off playing for Tottenham Hotspur, Crook soon moved on to play for Norwich City and enjoyed a really successful spell playing for the club. He spent eleven years at the club and helped the club finish off in the top five of the top flight on several occasions. He was part of the side that defeated Bayern Munich in the UEFA Cup during the 1993 – 1994 season. He was a midfield player who had a great ability to pass the ball and accuracy in set pieces.
Darren Eadie
Eadie came through the ranks at Norwich City FC and made his debut in September 1993 in a match against Blackburn Rovers. He established himself in the Norwich side during the 1994 – 1995 season, a campaign which Norwich suffered relegation. He was named as the Norwich City football player of the year at the end of the 1996 – 1997 season. He went on to spend a total of six years playing for the club before leaving in 1999, signing for Leicester City. He made nearly 200 appearances for Norwich and scored over 40 goals.
Mark Robins
Robins started his professional playing career at Manchester United and most notably scored the winning goal for the Reds in the 1990 FA cup semi final against Oldham. He departed United for Norwich City in 1991 and soon made a huge impact at Carrow Road. He helped the club qualify for Europe during the 1992 – 1993 season as the Canaries was involved in the race for the title through out the campaign however finished it off in third place. He later on enjoyed spells playing for Leicester City, F.C Copenhagen, Reading and Walsall. |
